La Cahute de Syon

18 km from Châteaubriant in a place called Le grand Nesly, in the town of Sion-les-Mines, a 150 m² house entirely renovated in stone.

A place to rest and share the pleasure of animals (goat, rabbits, dog, cat, gallinaceae…) in the countryside.
Terrace, garden.

Kitchen, living room / stay. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (Nature room: 1 bed of 140 cm, communicating with a bathroom and WC; dormitory with 4 beds of 90 cm).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (Zen bedroom: 2 beds of 90 en-suite bathroom with shower and Cozy bedroom: 3 beds of 80 x 200 cm). A bathroom with a shower. 2 independent toilets.
Comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi access, garden furniture, barbecue, parking.

For children: indoor games (dollhouse, cars, books), outdoor games (swing).

We are halfway between Rennes, Nantes and Angers (45 mins).

The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people (add 6 euros per additional person for weekend and week bookings).
We no longer take dogs but have a kennel not far away: the forest area in Sion-les-mines (4 km from the gîte).
Electricity meter reading on arrival and departure, electricity payable by the lessor.

Formula 1 (price included in the rental)
Visit of the Hunaudière forges only on Tuesday:
- from 2.45 p.m. to 4 p.m .: explanation and animation
- from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. visit of the site
- from 5 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Casting of the metal
- end of the visit 5:45 p.m.

Formula 2 (not included in the rental)
Paintball discovery (3 km from the gîte).
Price: (checks or cash):
- from 12 to 20 years 10 euros
- from 21 to 99 years 15 euros.
On your arrival, instructions given by Christian (20 min).
Provide loose clothing.
Possibility to come with a picnic and provide drinks.
Dry toilets on site.
