The heated pool and summer kitchen with garden furniture are accessible from 14 March to 11 November.
The house
This single-storey Balinese-style house, fully air-conditioned, offers an ideal setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a dining area that extends out to a furnished terrace.
Outside, you will find a private pool (5.5 x 2.4 m), heated to 28°C, with a motorised cover for children's safety. The terrace features an outdoor dining area with a gas plancha, no overlooking neighbours, and a style inspired by Balinese homes.
The bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds and a mezzanine equipped with a 140x190 cm bed. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, offering a stunning view of the pool.
Ideal location
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is sheltered from noise while still being close to the town centre (2 minutes on foot), the port, bars, restaurants, and a shopping centre. The nearby cycle path gives easy access to many local attractions. A retractable bollard at the entrance of the cul-de-sac ensures peace and security.

The house

"Séjour en famille au top"
Séjour d’une semaine au top, logement parfait rien à dire propreté et qualité ! très bien sans vis à vis situé à proximité des commerces boulangeries port (etc..) Marseillan plage est pas loin du tout en voiture 6,5 km. Un vrai havre de paix, Nicolas a été super, très réactif très accueillant et d’une gentillesse irréprochable. Il est très arrangeant et très discret ! La piscine est vraiment top nos filles ont adoré la maison, la piscine chauffée et sécurisée ainsi que l’environnement et surtout le parc d’attraction de marseillan à proximité !
Nous conseillons Nicolas sans AUCUNE hésitation et reviendrons l’été prochain sans problème. Merci de nous avoir confier ce bijou pendant 1 semaine.

"Maison cosy et calme"
Maison cosy et calme. Piscine chauffée appréciable, aucun vis à vis, on s’y sent bien. Situé dans un quartier calme.
Supermarché à proximité et bus pour vous rendre à la plage de Marseillan si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé.
Hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Communication fluide, je remercie 👍🏼

"Séjour fabuleux"
Nicolas est un hôte très agréable, arrangeant, disponible et extrêmement sympathique!
Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison dans cette jolie maison!
Elle est TRÈS bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien!
Le plus de la maison est évidemment la piscine qui a fait notre bonheur et celui de nos enfants (9ans et 2 ans)
Je ne peux que recommander Nicolas et son logement les yeux fermés!

Propriétaire très arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivé et très sympathique , il a tout les équipements nécessaires pour les bébés
Piscine chauffée au top maison bien situé à côté de tout à pied et c’est très calme et reposant.
Nous reviendrons si nous nous séjournons à Marseillan une autre année.

"Très bon accueil"
Très bon accueil de la part de Nicolas, la maison est très bien équipée et adaptée aux familles avec enfants. Nicolas reste disponible en cas de besoin, vous ne pourrez passer qu'un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située à 5min à pied du centre ville. Piscine chauffée très appréciable.
