The Balinese house 80m² on one level, fully air-conditioned, open equipped kitchen and its private swimming pool (5.5 meters by 2.4 meters) heated to 28° electrolysis filtration (no chlorine) with motorized shutter for the safety of children (open from April 1 to November 6), its furnished terrace (gas grill) with its dining area facing the swimming pool, not overlooked in Marseillan, 5 km from the beach.

The house has two bedrooms (160x200 bed) and a mezzanine (140x190 bed)
One bedroom has direct access to the terrace with a magnificent pool view

The completely renovated house is ideally located (in a dead end) since it is sheltered from any noise pollution, while being close to the city center (2 min walk), the port, a shopping center as well as the bars, restaurants (see book on site) and the cycle path

Supplement to pay on arrival:

Fees must be paid on arrival for cleaning as well as a deposit check (€800)
For the period from 06/11 to 30/03 the costs are 70€.
For the period from 01/04 to 05/11 the costs are 100€, with the exception of a stay of 2 nights the costs will be 80€

Household linen is provided (sheets-towels - shower towels - tea towels)

We can provide you with everything you need for babies and young children (Baby bath - High chair Travel cot - Baby monitor - Changing table - Baby dishes)

The neighborhood being preserved from the summer hustle and bustle and for the well-being of the neighborhood, we do not authorize any parties or noisy evenings

The accommodation is non-smoking for the well-being of everyone.

Marseillan is characterized by its pretty pedestrian port (salt water fountain) lined with shops and restaurants, its pond suitable for the production of oysters and mussels, its long beach (16 km long) of fine sand accessible by the road or via the beautiful cycle path.

The heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen will be accessible from Saturday April 1st until Monday November 6th.

For the little story :
When in 2021 we decided to renovate the house and create the swimming pool, we were inspired by the houses on the island of Bali (in Indonesia).
The view with direct access from a room to the swimming pool, for example, is typical of Bali.
The black facing stone wall as well as the flowers hanging against the wall are inspirations from Bali.
