The cottage has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor), all with their own bathroom and can accommodate up to 8 people (possibility of adding a baby bed).
On the ground floor living-dining room of 35 m² with full kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine).
EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: water, electricity, heating (does not work in high season), departure cleaning carried out by us (except dishes and kitchen), beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and some of the breakfast products offered on arrival.
Near La Rochelle 45 min, Île de Ré 1 hour, Futuroscope 1 hour, Puy du Fou 1 hour 15 minutes, Cognac 1 hour 30 minutes.

"Un petit coin de paradis !"
Superbe semaine dans cette magnifique région et cette jolie maison parfaite ! Déconnexion totale ! L'emplacement est idéal, les chambres ultra confortables, le jardin exquis avec un petit air d'exotisme, calme absolu ! Tout était parfait !
