L'Yonne: Gîte dans un jardin anglais

I am English and have lived in France for many years. My farmhouse, which dates from the end of the 19th century, is located in the Yonne, between Joigny and Auxerre, and 20 minutes from the A6 motorway.

The cottage consists of a large room with a double bed, a dining table for 4 people, a desk and a a sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a microwave / grill and everything you need. You can even invite friends over for dinner!
The bathroom has a toilet, a bath/shower and a sink.
I love gardening and try to have flowers all year round. There is a beautiful view over the fields, beautiful sunsets. As soon as you leave the garden, there are many hiking possibilities in the surroundings.

You can also visit Chablis, Guédelon (medieval castle under construction), the castle of Saint-Fargeau and its magnificent sound and light show, Saint-Sauveur the native village of Collette with its house and museum and Toucy with its famous Saturday market.
There is a golf course (18 holes) 5 kilometers away as well as tennis and a beautiful swimming pool in Auxerre.

Au jardin d'Annabel is a quiet place that guarantees you a complete change of scenery from the stress of urban life. Of course you have the possibility to eat in the garden.

The nearest train station is 15 minutes away and the train takes 1h15 from Paris. All essential shops are 7 minutes away.
