The location of this gîte: 12 km from Avignon, a very touristy town (festival in July) and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (kingdom of antique dealers) makes it an ideal starting point for visiting Provence
Although very close to Avignon, we are part of the community of the Pays des Sorgues and the Monts de Vaucluse which contains many tourist sites.
From the crests of the Dentelles de Montmirail to the famous Mont Ventoux (called the giant of Provence), from the resurgence of the Sorgue located at the foot of large cliffs passing by the Luberon mountain, limestone formed these magnificent landscapes.
This diversity is complemented by the magnificent ocher hills of Roussillon and Rustrel.

From the A7 motorway, two solutions are available to you:
- take exit N ° 23: Avignon Nord, Vedène, Sorgues, Le Pontet
- at the exit of the toll, stay on the left lanes, and enter the roundabout making 4/5 of a turn (as if you take the motorway, but you take the exit just before the toll). Follow the direction of Morières-Lès-Avignon
- cross the 1st roundabout (Ikea on your left)
- cross the 2nd roundabout
- at the 3rd roundabout ¾ turn towards Morières, Vedène
- do about 200m, turn right towards Morières
- continue on the D53, route de Morières
- at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (opposite)
- cross a new roundabout (with Leclerc on your right)
- you arrive at an oval-shaped roundabout, take the 3rd exit, direction Morières Sud. Go up the bridge, then at the give way, turn right. Walk along the railway track. Continue straight ahead.
- at the roundabout, take the third exit which enters the second roundabout (we have two consecutive roundabouts)
- in this roundabout take the second exit towards Châteauneuf de Gadagne
- arriving at Châteauneuf de Gadagne descend practically the whole village to arrive at a crossroad with traffic light, at this traffic light take the road to the left towards Saint Saturnin les Avignon at the second crossing (about 100m) take to the left, it is the path of old Mill.
All you have to do is ring the number 196.
- take exit N ° 24: Avignon Sud, Avignon Airport, Caumont
- at the exit of the toll, take the direction N7 Caumont, Apt, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
- then take the left lane towards Apt Cavaillon follow this direction, pass under 2 consecutive bridges, about 1 km take a left towards Caumont sur Durance
- in the village of Caumont sur Durance take the third exit in the roundabout towards Châteauneuf de Gadagne
- arriving at Châteauneuf de Gadagne at the red light continue straight towards Saint Saturnin les Avignon at the second crossing (about 100m) turn left, it is the path of the old mill

"Calme et sérénité"
Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte pendant une semaine, Max le propriétaire est une personne très à l'écoute et accueillante. Le logement est très calme et nous avons pu profiter de cette belle région qui regorge de magnifiques lieux à visiter.

"JE RECOMMANDE CE GITE"
nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte : accueil du propriétaire fort agréable accompagné d'un cadeau régional qui nous a vraiment fait plaisir, le gîte est très bien équipé (tout est au top aussi bien dans la cuisine que la salle de bains) les 2 chambres sont aussi très bien avec des lits confortables et l'ensemble est très propre. En conclusion, une bonne adresse

"A recommander"
Gîte très bien situé à environ 15 km d'Avignon. Très calme et super bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et fort sympathiques. Ils sont d'une aide bien précieuse quant à leurs avis éclairés concernant des idées de lieux à visiter dans la région. Je recommande absolument cet endroit aux personnes qui recherchent aussi bien de la quiétude qu'un lieu de départ idéal pour la visite de la Provence.

Avec des vacanciers aussi sympathiques que vous il est normal que nous le soyons également . Concernant le WIFI je pense que d'ici peu -j'espère 1 mois- la réception sera nettement amélioré. Merci à vous et au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau si tel est votre souhait.

"Beau gîte de Provence"
Gîte très agréable , dans une belle région. Seul petit bémol: la piscine qui n'est plus au soleil en fin de journée, et la table extérieure trop éloignée de la cuisine pour manger dehors. Autrement, tout est bien.

En ce qui concerne la table extérieure, nous l'avons installé à cet endroit car de nombreux vacanciers aiment être en retrait et à proximité de la piscine, mais il y a la possibilité de l'installer sous le catalpa près de la porte ce que font certains. Je sais que le wifi est un problème qui je l'espère sera bientôt résolu.

Merci pour votre commentaire, concernant le Wifi nous sommes tributaire de notre fournisseur, normalement nous devrions avoir d'ici peu la fibre.
Vous faites bien de rappeler que le Gite se situe au premier étage en dessus notre maison, nous avons tout fait pour signaler cela dans nos différentes annonces.

"Le paradis"
Le problème avec une excellente adresse on a envie de la garder secrète pour pouvoir revenir plus facilement... félicitations aux propriétaires c'est le paradis chez vous et on a du mal à partir, un accueil parfait pour des vacances parfaites.
