"L'Hippocampe" guest house is located in the Côtes-d'Armor, in the town of Plérin-sur-Mer, 10 minutes by car from the sea, near Saint-Brieuc, our cottage welcomes you all the year by the week or in short stays.
You will be quiet in a pleasant and comfortable setting, ideally located to discover all the attractions of an authentic Brittany.
The cottage is located in an annex independent of our house, it has been recently renovated and refurbished. It is spacious and offers you all the comfort:
- a fully-equipped kitchen,
- a bathroom with a separate toilet area,
- a cloakroom and storage area
- a pleasant living room, cathedral lounge overlooking the rear garden and the square courtyard which serves as the main entrance
- a mezzanine bedroom offering 4 beds a double bed and two single beds, and a dressing room,
- a relaxation area on the garden side with garden furniture, deckchairs and table for your meals outside
- a large enclosed space on the lawn is at your disposal if your children wish to set up their tents and be independent
- parking your vehicle in front of the entrance
You will be close to all amenities and nearby you can discover:
- the large Rosaires beach 10 minutes by car
- the port area of Légué,
- the Pointe du Roselier reserve,
- the nautical center of Plérin Tournemine
- the bay of Saint-Brieuc and its festivities
- hiking on the GR 34 which runs along the Breton coast and the surrounding trails
During your stay, your host - JULI Sculpteur - www.julisculpture.com will open the doors of his workshop to you to discover his universe, and why not introduce you to sculpture, convinced that Art will contribute to the success of your stay …

"Gite idéal pour famille"
Gîte décoré avec goût, très bien situé pour visiter la côte de granite rose et la côte d’émeraude. Daniel est un hôte très attentif. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce gîte décoré avec gout et au calme.
Nos hôtes nous ont improvisé une petite visite de l'atelier de Juli qui nous a fait découvrir sa passion pour la sculpture en pâte de verre et sur bronze.
Beau jardin privatif avec pergola où rien ne manque pour la détente et entretenu avec soin.
Gîte à réserver sans hésitation.

"Gite recommandé pour vos séjours bretons"
Très bel endroit, beaucoup de charme, gite très agréable, très bien décoré et pratique, avec un jardin également très agréable pour passer de bons moments en famille. Hôtes très sympathique, très accueillants et dans l'échange. Nous recommandons ce gite. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

"Merci Juli!"
Une adresse superbe. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu réserver que 3 jours. Le logement est magnifique avec une déco très marquée.. Le salon donne sur un jardin privatif avec une belle pergola pour prendre les repas. Juli et son mari sont très attentionnés, super gentils et pensent à tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Et merci pour les coquillages des filles... Comme promis, nous y retournerons..
