The signing of the contract binds both parties irrevocably. No termination is possible without the written consent of the parties. If the Lessee renounces the rental 15 days before entering the premises, he remains liable for the full rent.
COVID 19 specific case: in the case (and only in this specific case) where travel from one region to another has become impossible / prohibited, the amounts paid will be reimbursed.
The signing of the contract binds both parties irrevocably. No termination is possible without the written consent of the parties. If the Lessee renounces the rental 15 days before entering the premises, he remains liable for the full rent.

The house is "NON SMOKING"!
We ask that the beds be undone when you leave, that the garbage cans be emptied and that the kitchen be cleaned (fridge and dishwasher emptied).
To the prices indicated, please add the cleaning costs (does not include kitchen cleaning).

"Très agréable maison"
Très jolie maison, spacieuse, agréable, bien située (proche du centre ville, accessible à pied)... et des propriétaires très accueillants et à l'écoute.
