The charm of stone in the heart of Vieux Luc sur Mer.
L'Escale is a typical Caen stone house. It used to be the farmhouse.
Independent accommodation with access to an enclosed interior courtyard.
Comfortable accommodation on three levels.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, lounge and wood stove.
First floor: spacious bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Second floor: bedroom with three 90 x 190 beds, living room with sofa bed for two people.
Sheltered and sunny courtyard for convivial meals.
Luc is a small seaside town, where all the essential shops are present: supermarket, butchers, bakers, fruit sellers, etc.
Near the house there are also fast food options.
Luc also has a Thalassotherapy center, a mini-golf course, a casino and a sailing school.

"très belle région et très beau gîte"
nous avons passés un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte. maison décorée avec goût et emplacement calme. Nous étions quatre adultes (mes enfants ont 21 et 25) et nous avions de l'espace. un accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée avec des conseils sur les choses a visiter. et un départ tout aussi sympathique. Nous avons trouvé que la ville de Luc sur mer avait su garder son charme en n'ayant pas trop de boutique à touristes. Mon mari et moi y avons trouvé le calme que l'on recherchaient et mes enfants (féru d'histoires) ont pu écumer les musées. adresse que nous gardons sous le coude pour un possible nouveau séjour.
