Motorcyclists welcome After living here and elsewhere, Anne-Marie and Bernard welcome you in their "Escale Bellevue" located on the heights of Blaye in the charming St. Luce district, formerly a fishing village. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the Citadel classified UNESCO but also the Gallo-Roman villa of Plassac.
You will be able to appreciate the calm, the view on the estuary and the countryside that offers you this home of family house, renovated recently, any comfort, of 173 m ² for 6 (7) people, 3 rooms with parking and Internet connection for your holiday stays or business trips (CNPE 15 minutes by car).
You have a private fenced and shaded garden of 150 m² with barbecue for sunny days and garden furniture.
Parking on the street and secure parking possibility.
Blaye (5000 inhabitants) is a charming subprefecture of Gironde located on the right bank of the estuary offering all the amenities:
Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, bi-weekly market.
Health: Hospital and House of Health.
Leisure: cinema, walks on the estuary.
Our house is 45 minutes from Bordeaux center, between the beaches of Royan (1 hour) and Arcachon, close to those of the Medoc by ferry.
It is also a pleasant and very practical base for a quality oeno-tourism in vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Graves, Médoc, Sauternes, Blaye, Bourg and Cognac.
Our Escale Bellevue consists of:
* On the ground floor :
- large equipped kitchen
- entrance with cupboard / cloakroom giving a dining room of 30 m² and a large living room of 35 m² with fireplace (possibility to buy wood), TV (TNT)
- 1 room with bed 160 and access bathroom and TOILET, seen on the campaign
- laundry dryer, washing machine, freezer, small fridge, storage racks
* Upstairs
- 1 bedroom bed 160 overlooking the estuary with private bathroom, WC on landing.
- 1 bedroom bed 140 overlooking the estuary with private bathroom, toilet on landing.
Possibility sleeping and baby chair. No pets allowed

Hôtes très accueillants, gîte très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût...
On s'y sent tellement bien que les petits comme les grands seraient bien restés plus longtemps !
