The cottage is composed of a modern kitchen-dining room and has a BZ 140x200 sofa, then a bedroom of approximately 15 m² with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with spacious shower (120x80).
Upstairs you have a very large bedroom (exposed beams) of approximately 35 m² with a 160x200 bed and a 130x180 sleigh bed which can accommodate a child.
The cottage has a small terrace for having breakfast and in a location under an arbor a large table for lunch or dinner.
You will have access to the swimming pool and you will enjoy the view of the Pyrenees mountains.
We will be delighted, during your stay, to guide you in the discovery of our region which is not lacking in interests and remain at your disposal to answer your questions and send you additional information and/or photos.

To access the Aventura you must take the “La Pyrénéenne” motorway from Toulouse and exit at Saint-Gaudens around 45 minutes. Then take the ring road in the direction of Aspet, and finally on this road the village of Encausse les Thermes. Régades is located 1 kilometer from Encausse towards the west 5D39B. Once you arrive in the village of Régades, the entrance to the property is opposite the Town Hall (black gate).

"Super séjour"
Bonjour vous voulez passer un séjour calme et tranquille environs magnifique gite agréable commerces à proximité balades à pied et vélo déplaisent et surtout propriétaires très sympa et discret nous avons pas une super semaine avec nos 3 enfants

"Vacances Été 2022"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjours de 15 jours en famille dans ce gîte tout confort avec des propriétaires très accueillants, et restant toujours très disponibles. Nous avons adoré d’avoir les légumes du jardin en rentrant des randonnées. La piscine était très apprécié avec un paysage magnifique. À bientôt. Les bretons.

"Un petit coin de paradis"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte, très bien équipé et les propriétaires sur place sont très charmants et de bons conseils sur les visites et randos aux alentours. La vue sur les montagnes depuis la piscine/Spa est imprenable. Un grand merci à Christine et Guy pour ce séjour dépaysant.

"Semaine à Régades"
Très bonne semaine, gîte au top, piscine avec Spa au top les enfants ont adorés , propriétaire très sympa qui nous ont conseillés que faire où aller, très à l’écoute… les courgettes et concombre du jardin 👍 super… notre petite border était très contente de regarder les chevaux dans le terrain. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100 %

"séjour à REGADES"
Séjour parfait avec le soleil jusqu'au dernier jour ou la neige à fait son apparition sur le " Cagire ". Nous recommandons ce gîte et son magnifique parc. Merci à Guy et Christine pour leur accueille et leur " grande confiance "! et prenez-bien soin de vous!

"Excellente adresse pour tout séjour"
Nous recommandons très particulièrement cette adresse, idéale pour y passer de longues vacances ou un bref séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Leur belle demeure est spacieuse et de qualité, rendant le séjour fort agréable. Calme assuré, dans une nature verdoyante et apaisante, avec en prime la possibilité de se baigner dans la piscine des propriétaires. Porte ouverte à l'aventure et à la découverte: les Pyrénées sont à deux pas, de même que l'Espagne. Tout y est pour passer un séjour formidable!
