You can reach the city center of Lacanau Océan, the Allées Ortal and its shops, in 10 minutes on foot. You will fully enjoy your stay in a quiet environment far enough from the noise and bustle of the city center, but remaining close to all amenities.
Pets not allowed.
A contemporary kitchen in solid oak. Its boat hull shape evokes the owner's passion.
It is fully equipped with all modern comforts. You will find a fridge-freezer, a hob (vitroceramic), a fan oven (NEFF), a microwave, as well as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find a toaster and an electric kettle.
The living room, itself equipped with a flat screen television, two 3-seater armchairs from the SIA brand, as well as a large leather-style pouf.
The large bay windows allow you to take full advantage of the 70 m² outdoor space with its wooden terrace and small garden.
Upstairs, you will find a patio, dune and forest view, as well as 2 bedrooms. A suite with a double bed, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Direct access to the terrace.
A second bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds.
