Heated poolBeautiful recent apartment in the area of Savinière in the middle of the forest and 1500 m from the beaches will allow you to spend a relaxing stay by the sea. Access to the collective swimming pool of the residence in July and August.
Ideally located at the foot of the cycle path which leads on one side to the beach and on the other to the town centre.
This apartment on the first floor of the residence offers a beautiful terrace. It is equipped with a kitchenette (combined oven and 2 hotplates), a shower room, a bedroom area with bunk beds (no window), a living/dining area with table and chairs, sofa bed for 2 people and TV.
Private parking space.
Household linen and departure cleaning not included. Possibility to subscribe to it as an option. Provide electricity consumption in addition outside the summer season. Holiday checks accepted. Coastal Risk Forecast Plan: White Zone
