L'Appartement du Parc biedt accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid, en ligt in het centrum van Lyon, op slechts een korte loopafstand van het Tête d'Or Park. WiFi is gratis beschikbaar. De accommodatie ligt op 3 km van Place Bellecour.

Het appartement beschikt over een open haard, een zithoek met een flatscreen-tv en een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette met een vaatwasser en een magnetron. De eigen badkamer is uitgerust met een douche en een toilet. De cabine boven op de tussenverdieping heeft een plafondhoogte van 1,60 meter en een tweepersoonsbed.

Op loopafstand van de accommodatie zijn restaurants en bars te vinden. De accommodatie bevindt zich op 300 meter van een metrostation en op 1 km van het treinstation Part-Dieu.
