Coming from Les Vans (07140): exit the village on the D901 in the direction of Villefort but 500m after leaving Les Vans you will see the D113 road on your right towards Sainte-Marguerite-Lafigère. The road is a winding country road along the river Chassezac, a little narrow at times and with lots of bends but very quiet. After 20km (25 minutes or so), when you start to see a series of villages on the hills across the river on the left you are almost there. Just before Corde, don't miss the small sign on your right indicating La route du Petit Préou and the tarmac road that leads up to the house [if you go through the village of Corde, you have gone too far!] At the end of the tarmac road, there is a small house with vehicles around it. L’Ancienne école is the big house behind it.

Coming from Villefort: go through the centre of Villefort, drive 200m and then turn right onto the D51 road towards Pied de Borne (8 km). When you arrive in the centre of the village in front of the restaurant "Les Gorges du Chassezac", cross the bridge on the left towards Les Vans. On the other side of the bridge, there are 3 possible directions, stay on the right on the D51 to bypass the EDF factory and arrive in the Ardèche where the D51 becomes the D113. Stay on this road to drive through the small village of Cordes. 1 kilometre further on, you will see the sign on the left for the Route du Petit Préou. At the end of the tarmac road there is a small house with vehicles around it. The Ancienne école is the large house behind it.
