L'Ancien Presbytère de Sébeville

Located 5 km from Ste Mère Eglise in the Cotentin and Bessin Nature Park near the landing beaches (Utah Beach). The former Presbytery of Sebeville is a charming cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a separate living room on a total area of ​​100m ² with a plot of 1500m ². The parking is private.
We can accommodate up to 6 people (+ a cot on request) in this former presbytery which was completely renovated in 2019.
The cottage is comfortably furnished and has a fireplace. Each of the 3 bedrooms has been carefully furnished with sophisticated furniture. The beautiful original wooden floor has been restored and vitrified in the rooms. On the ground floor, the floor has been completely redone in stone tiles.
- The largest room has 2 beautiful windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. The bed of 160 x 200cm is new, very comfortable, and this room can add a cot on request.
- The second double bedroom has a bed of 140 x 200cm (nine), with a sober and stylish decoration. The large window that illuminates it will allow you to contemplate the surrounding countryside.
- The third bedroom has 2 single beds (new bedding) of 90 x 190cm. Smaller, it will be ideal for children.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs which has a bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and toilets.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities that will allow you to spend a comfortable stay (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, fridge-freezer, kettle .. as if you were at home. The kitchen is open to the dining room, just separated by a practical worktop.
The living room is equipped with a TV (flat screen), a coffee table and a very comfortable sofa installed in front of the fireplace.
Outside, a garden furniture and a barbecue will be at your disposal as well as sun loungers. No vis-à-vis on the terraces South and West. The nearest house (east side) is about 100 meters.
The land of 1500m² will offer a large playground for children even if it is still partially under development.

At the heart of the Cotentin countryside, you can spend a pleasant stay in a green setting. Many hiking trails are immediately accessible and in less than 15 minutes you can reach the beach (Utah Beach), Ste Mère Eglise or the Marais de Carentan.

If you wish, we can provide you sheets (10 € / bed) and towels (8 € / person) and wooden baskets for your outbreaks (10 € / piece).
Heating, water and electricity are included in the rental price.

We will be pleased to welcome you and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We live in a house located 200m from the house and will advise you, if you wish, for the best tours to do in the area or even recommend restaurants that we liked.
