The house is located at the gates of the wild south, 15 minutes by car from St Pierre with its lively seafront and its beaches, it is therefore an ideal starting point to explore the entire south of the island (volcano, lava flows lava, various and varied hikes for all levels, rivers and waterfalls, beaches and cliffs, Cirque de Cilaos).
Magnificent panoramic view without vis-à-vis on the ocean and the surrounding hills, altitude 390 m.

Reversible air conditioning is present in the main room (living-dining room)
The house has 3 double bedrooms (with a 140x190 bed and two 160x200 beds) with quality bedding, cupboards, bedside tables and bedside lamps. separate WC
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Senséo coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, crockery...
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a 122 cm flat screen TV with cable channels and unlimited FIBER internet connection (Wifi).
You will have two covered terraces with sea view, one in front of the house with garden furniture, another with a dining area with a barbecue, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, as well as a two parking spaces.
Secure private swimming pool with free access, heated during the austral winter, with deckchairs.
The price indicated includes the various charges (air conditioning, household linen provided (except beach towels), etc.)
Additional equipment included: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cleaning kit, fans, cot, high chair, games and toys for children.
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and you will feel at home to enjoy the place and the superb view in complete peace of mind.
As you will have understood, the place is therefore ideal for recharging your batteries.

Smokers are permitted outside the premises only.
