Guests must pay the amount of the 1st night's reservation through Paypal, within 5 days of booking. The hotel will send an e-mail with the Paypal link and more information. Guests are required to pay the remaining amount of the reservation at time of check-in. If the payment is not made within 5 days after booking, your booking will be cancelled automatically, and you will receive cancellation e-mail from the hotel.

Check-in instructions: the hotel staff will meet guests at the bicycle shop on Gojo Street (the Assist & Cycle Wadachi), lead them to the townhouse and hand over the key. Check-in is available after 15:00. If you wish to store luggage before check-in, please inform the property in advance.
