A cozy and very well equipped cottage nestled in lush greenery. You will find everything you need to feel… like at home!
In its private space, Kerfralig is a charming little holiday home tastefully decorated and well equipped, for a successful holiday!
On a property of 4500 m² with a wooded area, you will find the chicken coop and a future bowling alley. A farmhouse which was an old barn where the owners live and a small stone house, completely restored in 2019-2020 to become a cocooning gite.
Close to the main roads and the N165, you will appreciate the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the unmissable tourist sites of southern Morbihan.
Within a radius of 30 km, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Plouhinec, Erdeven and Carnac, the magnificent Ria d'Etel, visit Lorient with its maritime museums and its inter-Celtic festival, stroll along Port Saint-Goustan in Auray, sail along the Blavet, admire the wild coast of Quiberon, survey the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer and of course all the islands of the golf course.
The cottage offers you:
- on the ground floor :
* a living room with an open kitchen, a living room and a lounge opening onto the terrace
* an excellent quality sofa bed allows an extra bed in 140 for 2 people
* a toilet with washbasin
- on the 1st floor:
* a bedroom on the mezzanine with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90 and 1 trundle bed 80
* a shower room with washing machine
Outside, you will appreciate the terrace of 18 m² without vis-à-vis and facing west, ideal for sunbathing and your meals. Private enclosed garden of 500 m² and private parking at the edge of the garden. The gîte is located near the owners' house, but has a private driveway.
In the evening you will enjoy the sunset from the sofa, the terrace, the deckchairs... at your convenience!
Baby equipment on request: cot, child's bath, cane stroller, high chair, potty, crockery.
In the cottage you will find board games for children and adults, games for children, books for adults and children

Coming from Vannes, on the N165 take exit N°38 "Boul sapin - Branderion", at the roundabout follow Brandérion, at the second roundabout, follow Landévant.
Drive 2.5 km, turn right towards Kefral / Port Louis.
Drive 1.5 km, turn left after the railway bridge at the Kerfral sign "gîte".
After the first houses on the bend (be careful to drive very gently for children!) continue straight, the gîte is at the very end of the road.
Take the cobbled driveway, your private car park is there!
Coming from Rennes, on the N24 do not take Languidic, but go to the Brandérion exit.
Then turn left, cross the village of Brandérion and at the roundabout at the exit of the village take the direction of Landévant.

"Une pause s'impose"
Venus pour un weekend off en amoureux, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette petite maison cosy et cocooning. Adresse que nous gardons précieusement pour revenir continuer à découvrir cette fabuleuse région.

"Un coin de paradis"
Accueil très chaleureux de Jocelyne et JP dans leur magnifique gîte décoré avec goût, tout en harmonie.
Le gîte se trouve au calme dans un très bel environnement joliment fleuri, déal pour profiter des bains de soleil et de bons barbecues. Le gîte est très bien équipé. Tout a été pensé jusqu'au moindre détail, il ne manque aucun ustensile ou autre... Jocelyne et JP sont de bon conseil pour tous les lieux et balades à découvrir dans les environs.
Nous avons déjà séjourné 3 fois à Kerfralig, c'est toujours un plaisir de retourner dans cet havre de paix.
Le gîte se trouve au calme dans un très bel environnement joliment fleuri, déal pour profiter des bains de soleil et de bons barbecues. Le gîte est très bien équipé. "Un coin douillet en sud Bretagne"
2 séjours plus tard, on retrouve avec plaisir Jocelyne et Jean Philippe pour partager des moments privilégiés de calme et de chaleur. Le gîte est formidable et confortable, décoré avec soin par Jocelyne, et JP n'est jamais loin pour prêter main forte, pour les projets plus conséquents.
