The ground floor consists of a large living room, a modern and functional fitted kitchen, a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, a landing, 1 other bedroom with double bed 160x200 and sink.
The proximity of the beach and the tranquility of the place will contribute to the serenity of your stay.
You will also have several amenities at your disposal: dishwasher, TV screen, bed linen, table linen and towels (non-smoking house).
You will also have a terrace equipped with a barbecue
Rental for maximum 4 people.

Saint-Michel-en-Grève is a charming village, where lovers of nature, hiking and water sports will have an excellent stay.
Kitesurfing and paddle school at the bottom of the house (100 m), surfing school, sailing school 3 km away.
A Mickey club is open in summer for children aged 3 to 13.
Shops in the village: tobacconist, bar, restaurants, creperie, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.
The nearest train stations are Plouaret, Trégor and Lannion. Access by car is very easy.

"Superbe !"
Une vue à couper le souffle face à la mer ! Une maison propre, fonctionnelle et très bien placée pour pouvoir rayonner entre les côtes d'Armor et le Finistère. Parfait ! Les conseils d'Isabelle sur les ballades à faire, les commerces et les marchés où aller sont précieux ! Merci pour cette magnifique semaine dans cette jolie maison qui rime avec calme, sérénité et bon bol d'air breton !
