TERMS AND RESERVATIONS:
* to book, a deposit representing 30% of the total rental amount will be required (transfer, check, credit card or cash)
* the balance will be paid on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over
* a deposit check of 1500 € will also be requested on arrival and will be returned to you within 7 days except in the event of damage to the premises
* household linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels) except pool towels

* compulsory cleaning fee of 90 €
* parties and/or events are not authorized in order to respect the neighborhood

We love animals but unfortunately they are not accepted in the villa.
