Located 15/20 minutes from Figeac in the village of Saint-Perdoux, the cottage is on a hill in a small hamlet and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It inspires relaxation. You will be able to appreciate there the peace and the abundant greenery which surrounds it on the terrace in the shade of a walnut tree or in a small garden below. Possibility to enjoy part of the property (ping-pong table available).
The cottage has on the ground floor a main room with living room and kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, the attic has been fitted out to accommodate 4 beds with a double bed on one side and two single beds on the other.
There is a fully equipped kitchen. Insert in the living room and walk-in shower in the bathroom.
Possibility of installing a cot.
Linen provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels).
WiFi available.
Animals not accepted because of the presence of dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ewes, goldfish ...
A washing machine is available to the tenant in the cellar.
Note, no television or microwave oven.

"Magnifique gîte cosy et au calme"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants (3 et 6 ans) chez Pascal et Dominique, hôtes extrêmement sympathiques et aux petits soins. Le gîte est très bien aménagé, très agréable à vivre, au calme et bénéficie d'une superbe vue. La terrasse est très agréable. La piscine est parfaite pour de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve ce lieu idyllique où nous reviendrons.

"Un séjour apaisant !"
Nous avons passé quatre jours en famille dans ce gîte très agréable, confortable et chaleureux. Séjour ressourçant au cœur de la forêt avec une fabuleuse vue sur la nature.
Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli par les propriétaires bienveillants, qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
