Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online check-in from the comfort of their homes. Our building door is accessible on 1st entry via a keypad (code is given via an email on arrival date) and later via a physical key retrieved by guests from a locked box inside the building that will allow access to the flat / room as well as the building door.

Before making a booking, it is essential that guests, on arrival date, have access to the email address that will be used to make the booking.

With stylish décor, wooden flooring throughout, heating via radiators / cooling by fans, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, free toiletries and free Wi-Fi access.

These flats are a 5-minute walk to Hyde Park and Lancaster gate Underground station.
Paddington Main train station and all 3: Paddington, Bayswater & Queensway Underground station are all within 20 minutes walk away radius giving you extensive links to many prime London locations and attractions.

Laundry facilities are available.

Each kitchen features a cooker, a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware for guests to use.
All units also have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries.
Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children 1 years and older are accepted.
Children 1-3 years old stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
