We want you to have an amazing stay, but we also ask that you respect our property and the neighbourhood. Please follow these house rules.
1. Please respect the check-in and check-out time
2. Please do not share the keys/key codes with unregistered guests
3. No parties or large gatherings are allowed
4. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
5. No illegal substances or activities are allowed
6. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette allowed anywhere inside or on the apartment balcony/terrace
7. No pets are allowed unless authorised at the time of booking (fees apply £24 per night per pet)
8. Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments
9. Please turn off the lights, and electric heating when you go out
10. Please take care to close windows and lock the door securely behind you when you’re not in the property
11. Please wash your dishes
12. Housekeeper will come every week after one week of check-in to clean the apartment and change the Linen, unless requested to change ‘subject to availability’ or not included during the stay
13. Please dispose of RUBBISH/TRASH in bin bags at the designated bins during the specified days and timings outlined in the Arrival Instructions . Please note that these apartments/premises are strictly NON-SMOKING, and any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of £250 and any additional cleaning charges incurred. Please be aware that any damages caused to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held liable for the additional expenses.
14.If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £249 after check-out, according to this property damage policy.
