For bookings made with less than 48 hours to arrival, the Booking T&C Form must be completed at least 1 hour before arrival at the property.

The property waives all fees for cancellations made up to 24 hours after they book (excludes last-minute bookings made up to 48 hours before check-in).

For insurance purposes, the check-in details are not provided until the Booking T&C Form has been completed and signed.

All bookings are provisional until the property has written to the guest with the check-in details by email.
