Housalia Sagrada Familia is located within 5 minutes’ walk of Sagrada Familia and Plaza Gaudí Park. Set in Barcelona’s centre, these modern apartments offer a ticket service and tour desk.

Offering stylish and colourful décor, the apartments include a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine and oven, and the bathroom comes with a bathtub. Towels as well as bed linen are provided.

Please check the excluded costs for cleaning fee and tourist tax: they are separate from the total rent amount, but clearly displayed before confirming the final payment. Housalia Sagrada Familia is centrally located and there is a wide range of shops, bars and Catalan restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau metro stations are within the same distance.

Arc de Triomf Train Station is 3 km from the property, as well as Port Olimpic and the Mediterranean beaches. Barcelona Airport is 15 km away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note some buildings do not have a lift.

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to , 8 € per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days.
This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.

Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The check-in fee is calculated according to your time and day of arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen. Rates:

20:00 - 23:00: +10 Euro

23:00 - 01.00: +25 Euro

01:00 - 09.00: +35 Euro

Sunday and Bank holidays have an extra fee for 15 €.

1. The interior of the apartment is a non-smoking area. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.

2. This property is NOT part of a holiday resort. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is forbidden to organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay.

Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns:
Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00
Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00

3. Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.

4. Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit
will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the
damage deposit.

7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
