Guest rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with partial or full sea views overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Ain Dubai. Elegant interiors are complemented by spacious marble bathrooms and thoughtful amenities, creating a welcoming retreat after a day by the beach.

Dining is a highlight of the resort experience, with 12 restaurants and bars offering a variety of flavours and atmospheres. Villa Verano serves coastal Italian cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean, while McGettigan's, a popular Dubai favourite, offers a lively sports bar setting for casual dining and live sports. Guests can also enjoy relaxed international cuisine at the all-day dining restaurant or refreshing drinks by the beach.

Leisure facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre, a relaxing spa offering a range of treatments, and a variety of water sports available directly from the beach. Younger guests can enjoy the kids’ club and a beachside playground with slides and swings.

To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room, per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorise an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorisation will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorisation amount will be released by the hotel after departure.

Children up to 18 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding and sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate, provided the maximum occupancy of the booked room type is not exceeded.

Bed & breakfast, half-board and full-board bookings include meals only for paying adults. Children under 6 years eat free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a 50% discount on breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at an additional charge.

Please note that the spa is available from 18:00 to 21:00 daily. It must be reserved in advance.

Children aged under 16 years are not allowed to use the spa.

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
