Duplex apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (in a 3-storey building) with a very nice unobstructed view facing west over the roofs of the Upper Town and the sea on the south side. Apartment bathed in sunlight and in absolute calm, without vis-à-vis.
This building will be renovated within 3 months, which is why I am offering you a reduced price for this summer.
On level 2: large room with kitchen area (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob), lounge area and a double bed, bathroom with WC and shower.
3rd level: a large bedroom with double bed, shower room with wc.

Everything is clean, impeccable and quality bedding. I do not have all the photos yet because I am installing the kitchen.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the city center with all shops, the sea and the beaches are 200 m.
Parking is free in the Upper Town. You will have to park your car 200-300 m away, due to the crowds in summer.
Linen (sheets) can be hired for 10 € / bed / week.
