This is a farm stay with a 1.5km gravel road, built in a dense bush around a dam.

Frogs, mosquitos and spiders are difficult to control especially in the rainy summer times. It's a self-catering unit and personnel and owners are available in standard business hours 8am to 5pm unless in the event of an emergency, and the reason that check in is before 5pm so that you can be assisted if there is discomfort.

It's not a hotel or B&B where staff is always available and ready to assist immediately at any time of night.
