- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night

- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations

- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation **NO CATS ALLOWED** **Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we work with an insurance provider to conduct a basic guest screening as part of the booking process. This screening helps us uphold the quality and security of our property, offering peace of mind to both our guests and hosts. Long term cleaning fee for guest staying 11-29 the cleaning fee will be multiply by two and staying 21-30 will be multiply by three.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
