Please note the following charges for late check-in:

Late check-in after 21:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50
Late check-in between 00:00 and 6:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 150

Early check-out between 02:00 and 08:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 150.

House rules

Welcome to Ses Caletes Hacienda. We hope you'll make yourself at home. Use the property like it's yours. In order for you to have a pleasant stay, read carefully the following directions:

Respect the neighbours please take account of the neighbours and respect their tranquility and sleep. Please note that noise is not allowed after 23:00. If you don't respect her, we'll hold the entire bail and ask you to leave the house.

Please be responsible for the keys, if lost, the locksmith will cost €150.

Use of bed linen, towels, cushions and sofas. Please be careful not to get stained with makeup, wine, blood, red soil, etc. Many of those stains are hard to remove. In case of this, it will be deducted from the security deposit.
Towels are not used for the pool or beach. (We have towels for this purpose available for a small cost: 6€ per towel. Please tell us in advance if you're interested.

Garbage, please dump garbage every day in the dumpsters on the road. Otherwise they come in plagues of ants or attract local cats. If garbage bags are left in or outside the house, 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit.

Animals. We're in the field and there are ants. Be careful not to leave any food: sugar, bread crumbs, oil, etc. on the table or on the floor. They come quickly and then it's very difficult to get them out. If ants leave the house, 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pets are strictly forbidden on the property - unless previously consulted.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, always using ashtrays.

Breaks please notify as soon as possible if something breaks or doesn't work. It's easier that way. If something is broken, the amount plus 20% will be paid to cover the inconvenience of the replacement or shipping costs.

Check-out is between 8:00h and 10:00h.
Early check-out: If you check in before this time you will have an additional cost of €150 - Late Check-out: Always subject to availability, it is possible to do so at an additional cost:200€ until 14h and then 60€/hour
