Located in the heart of nature, just 20 minutes from the Vendée beaches, this completely renovated old stone barn is set in enclosed grounds of 5700 m² with swimming pool, gently sloping heated beach, then flat bottom at 1.50 m; very popular with toddlers and some people to overcome aquaphobia, 9 x 4 m, from April to September (depending on the weather until October). Alarm.
Protected fishing pond (no kill).
Hammock for the siesta under the shade of the oaks.
It consists of a through living room opening onto the terrace.
