Large fireplace: possibility of purchasing wood on site or nearby.
The villa is opposite our equestrian center. Up to 6 pony rides offered to children under 11 years old.
Sound equipment: 3 connected JBL "charge 5" speakers (to be limited to 80 db). Respect for the EQUESTRIAN CENTER and the neighborhood required by playing music inside the Villa with the doors and windows CLOSED (and on the terrace only in the background music such as a wine reception so that you can hear each other speak without disturbing others outside the property). No other sound equipment than ours is allowed.
Reception limited to approximately 30 guests. And 20 beds. 6 bedrooms, 1 of which adjoins another.
Each option is 150€: outdoor jacuzzi depending on the weather, 8 high tables including covers and dry cleaning, 1 waterproof 18 m² (or 2 9 m²) gazebo installed by us, 3 outdoor tables on trestles for 10 people each
