In a small village in the center of Ardèche, house perched at the top of the hill, facing south, on 2 floors and on large grounds, beautiful panorama (see photos); private garage; can accommodate 8 adults / children over 3 years old (no safety barriers on the many staircases which are not suitable for younger children).

At level 2:
- 1 bedroom 30 m² with 160 cm bed that can be separated into twin beds with large desk and toilet area (toilet sink)
- 1 bedroom of 17 m² with 160 bed, desk, piano
- 1 small living room of 7 m² between these 2 bedrooms, with sofa bed for possible extra bed; numerous board games, comics and other books
- 1 bathroom shower toilet sink to share

At level 1:
- 1 bedroom of 14 m² with table and armchair
- 1 bedroom of 11 m² with a 90cm electric lift-up bed, desk, French window opening onto the garden
- 1 bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub
- 1 large living room and kitchen
- 1 veranda of 8 m² at the entrance

Exterior:
- barbecue and garden furniture
- hammocks in the trees

Panorama: beautiful view of a Renaissance castle built around 1400 and on all sides, views of the Ardèche mountains.

An apartment below the rented apartment can possibly be occupied by the owners but you will be completely independent.
