The house is located in a quiet area between Morgat and Crozon, 2 minutes walk from the GR 34 coastal paths.
A 75 m² terrace facing south with outdoor shower, ideal for families or groups of friends.

- a central part of 60 m²: living room (2 sofas + armchairs), dining room, kitchen open to the living room
- 2 very distinct night areas

* a bedroom with a 160x200 bed + dressing room which can be transformed into 2 80x200 beds + dressing room

* a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds which can become 2 160x200 beds
* a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 with a bathroom (walk-in shower)
