This magnificent and vast house as well as its adjoining gite will allow you to experience all the charm of a Burgundian house, in the heart of a beautiful village.

The historic monuments of Flavigny, Alésia, Fontenay, Bussy-Rabutin, Châteauneuf and Mont-Saint-Jean, the magnificent medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and the lakes of Grosbois and Pont-et-Massène will be available for an unforgettable stay.

Your bikes will be safely sheltered and we will be able to put you in contact with a caterer.

The house also has a wood stove and a terrace and a large balcony which overlooks a private courtyard in which the owners can pass from time to time for maintenance (consideration).

There is a covered area to shelter your rainy evenings

A maximum of 12 people can stay in the main house. But the house is completed with a small adjoining gîte which can accommodate 4 more people. It is made up of 2 rooms, 2 mezzanines (steep stairs), 1 bathroom, a kitchen and 1 other very large terrace as well as 1 stove.
All this is in the same place, in the same building and everything communicates through the courtyard.

Everything is completed by a very large plot of land and enclosed orchard in which nature is in its purest state.
