On the 5th floor in a luxury residence (elevator, intercom, digital codes) with panoramic view over the entire Bay of La Baule.
Great comfort and calm. Close to the market, shops, thalassotherapy, transport, all services and facing the beach.
It includes:
-entrance with cupboard/wardrobe
-bathroom/wc
- large living room with fully equipped kitchen/bar (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, coffee maker, toaster), sleeping area with real 140 cm bed, - new bultex bedding - large screen HD TV.
-veranda overlooking the sea (dining area)
Possibility of private garage under the residence: €10 per night (or €60/week); to be paid on site (it is preferable to reserve in advance, especially in season when outdoor places are very rare). Garage remote control deposit: €60.
Exceptionally, upon reservation, possibility of loaning sheets, pillowcases, towels
(package: €30)
Our animal friends are not allowed in the rental
Cleaning must be carried out before departure (on reservation possibility of cleaning package: €45)
Rental for long weekends, weeks, (fortnight or month with decreasing rate)
Deposit: €600 (bring check)
