Your stay is in the two outbuildings of the property renovated with taste and respect for the Angevin heritage.
You will find beautiful spaces where you will find yourself together such as the kitchen to prepare your meals, the large room to share them, the billiard room and the upstairs lounge for your moments of relaxation and the five independent bedrooms with each their sanitary and separate toilets for your privacy and your rest.
You will appreciate the flowered and green park to ventilate yourself and the swimming pool in season to swim.
Beautiful walks or bike rides from the Clos des 3 Rois are possible without taking your vehicle.
You are here in the heart of the Angevin vineyard: enjoy tasting and wonderful meetings with the winegrowers!
Many sites of visits are present around which will delight young and old.
Your stay at Clos des 3 Rois is synonymous with the absence of stewardship concerns: shops and services are very close.
You will stock up on fresh, local produce at the weekly Tuesday market.
Depending on your choice, you will do your shopping at the supermarket or place your order for a "drive" pickup.
You even have a delicatessen and two restaurants in the village.
There is also a pharmacy, medical and paramedical offices.

This contract will be deemed terminated automatically and the lessor may dispose of the rented premises in the event that the tenant does not show up on the scheduled day of entry and in the absence of notification of late arrival,
The total amount of the rent will remain with the lessor in case the tenant decides to shorten the duration of the rental.
