Grand Gîte "Le Jeanneau", au calme, en pleine nature

Located in the town of Vallons-de-l'Erdre, between Châteaubriant and Ancenis (25 km), the gîte Le Jeanneau is a magnificent renovated farmhouse of around 220 m², in a quiet area, not overlooked.
For a weekend or more, with family, friends or colleagues, come and have a good time: discover the forest with its hiking trails; relax with the spa (35°) and the games available in all seasons, even winter!

Upon entering, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen with the dining area of 35 m², as well as the living room, living room of 34 m², where you can entertain yourself with a billiard table. A large sofa will allow you to gather around a fireplace.
A room of 40 m² in natural stone, is converted into an entertainment room with the spa (6 people), table football, darts, ping-pong table, and many games.

On the ground floor
- two bedrooms: a 14 m² bedroom with a double bed, a cot, and a 9 m² bedroom with 2 single beds of 90; possibility of creating a double bed of 180
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub
- a separate toilet

Upstairs
- three bedrooms with the possibility of creating a 180 double bed in each of them: a 19 m² bedroom with four 90 single beds; two bedrooms of 16 m² each. One has two single beds of 90 and the other 2 beds of 90 and a trundle bed with 2 beds of 90
- in a clearance of 9 m², possibility of sleeping with a sofa bed of 120
- a 17 m² mezzanine, overlooking the living room, converted into a play area for children. We provide games according to the ages of the children. Do not hesitate to specify them to us when you make your reservation, so that we can prepare them.

Outside, a 70 m² terrace (south facing) overlooks a tree-lined garden allowing you to entertain yourself with various games.

The cottage, located in Saint-Sulpice-des-Landes (44540), is 3.5 km from Riaillé, and 7 km from Saint-Mars-la-Jaille, where you will find a supermarket (Super U), shops, a cinema from September to June, an outdoor swimming pool.
Nearby, you can practice swing golf (May to October), fish in different bodies of water, practice mountain biking with the marked trails in Riaillé...
We also provide hiking sheets from the cottage to the forest.
