The Gite La Rivière is located in the center of a very touristic region including sites such as Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (classified as the most beautiful village in France), the historic towns of Cahors, Figeac, Villefranche-de -Rouergue, the prehistoric caves of Pech Merle and many other lesser known but equally picturesque places.

The gîte itself is made up of a very beautiful 400 m² early 18th century mansion in the middle of a superb 1 hectare park with century-old trees.
Outbuildings and a dovecote dating from the beginning of the 18th century adorn the whole.
A heated swimming pool, fully fenced for the youngest, with its large terrace will allow you to spend unforgettable moments.

The 400 m² house has large living rooms on the ground floor: living room, dining room and a large kitchen make up a very pleasant 130 m² unit.

You have 6 bedrooms, with every comfort. Each room, carefully decorated, has its own bathroom with WC. Some rooms have a surface area of more than 25 m².
Each room can be configured with a large 180 cm bed or with two 90 cm beds.
Two bedrooms can accommodate an additional single bed
A large games room with American billiards, table football and a lounge allows you to spend happy evenings in a group. This games room can possibly serve as a 7th bedroom thanks to 3 armchair beds
All the rooms have been carefully decorated in a “Cosy” atmosphere by an interior decorator.

For on-site leisure: a sand area for beach volleyball, ping-pong table, a playground for the little ones, a heated swimming pool, pétanque, 4 bicycles available, a billiard table, table football, tennis (at 100 m).
