This old farmhouse, completely renovated in 2020, combines the old and the modern both in terms of its decoration and the equipment itself.
It is located 2 minutes from the shores of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, a magical place ideal for recharging your batteries with superb walks...
We have installed a heated and secure swimming pool reserved for your exclusive use, to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends.
A pétanque court, a ping-pong table and a children's swing are at your disposal in front of the gîte.
To enjoy the countryside and the peaceful location, a terrace equipped with a large table facing south opens onto the greenery.
You will also enjoy the very docile dwarf goats and their friends the sheep and chickens, located right in the field in front of the house.
The Sarcelles gîte, with a capacity of 12 people, will seduce you with its charm, comfort and calm.
The house includes:
- a large, very bright main room with TV lounge and dining area and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, American fridge, induction hob, etc.). A scullery equipped with a dryer and a washing machine.
- a second living room equipped with a convertible sofa and TV.
- 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which have 160 cm bedding and one with 180 cm bedding. A dormitory is equipped with 6 beds of 90 cm.
- 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
- 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue
- private parking enclosed by an electric gate and composed of two garages.
The accommodation is well equipped, sheets and towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
We are located 2 minutes from the strikes of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, 3 km from the Avranches aerodrome and the Avranchin equestrian center, 20 km from the beaches, 25 km from Granville, 45 km from Saint-Malo.
