Large chalet located at 1350 m altitude. The road stops just after the chalet, which ensures peace and quiet.
Very spacious, 100 m² for 8 people. Large living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets.
For the summer, the dining terrace is sheltered from the sun by a large double-sloped awning.
There is a lockable room for bicycles.
The UBAYE valley offers activities all year round thanks to its 300 days of sunshine per year.
It is a paradise for hiking and cycling.
Near the Sauze and Praloup ski resorts
Private parking for 2 or 3 cars.
Possibility of discount for 2 consecutive weeks
Good 4G Internet reception

"Chalet magnifique dominant la vallée de l' Ubaye"
Accueil chaleureux, chalet très confortable et spacieux, vue superbe sur la vallée de l' Ubaye.
Il est idéal pour des vacances à la montagne été comme hiver, entre amis, en famille, proche de Barcelonnette et de multiples randonnées. L'équipement est parfait. On y séjourne très sereinement.
