Le Duplex - Gîtes en Artois

The building is located in the center of a small rural town. It only has one floor.
About 200m away are bakeries, pharmacies and medical practices.
A few steps from meadow and farm... it's the countryside in the city. The street is quiet, parking is easy
On the edge of the town a commercial area with gas station, supermarkets (ATM), and pizzeria.
The unconditional “fry stand” is on the church square.

The Duplex
Located on the ground floor - direct access to the patio. This can be shared with Artois if necessary.

INTERIOR OF THE HOUSING
1. The L'HERSINOIS gîte is on the first floor of the building. It can accommodate 6 people. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. It is equipped with an air conditioner and 2 fridges, one with a freezer.

2. The LE DUPLEX gîte is on the ground floor but its bedroom is upstairs, hence its name. Its capacity is 2 to 4 people. It consists of an independent living room, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, and a bathroom with storage, sink and shower. The WC is independent.
This gîte opens directly onto a small patio with garden furniture and barbecue to possibly share with ARTOIS.

3. The L'ARTOIS gîte also located on the ground floor, adjoining the DUPLEX. It's full-length.
It consists of a 20m² living room equipped with a dining area and a lounge area with TV-DVD, an integrated kitchen equipped with an oven, a 4-burner hob and a refrigerator. -freezer. 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet.
This gîte also overlooks the pleasant patio for breakfasts in good season.

Each gîte has its own independent access.
