Gîtes du Marcepoil - Le Panorama

Alex and Julia welcome you to their little corner of paradise where nature and tranquility reign!
Located 20 minutes from the town of Ambert, 40 minutes from Thiers and 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand, this former farmhouse awaits you for a stay in the heart of the Livradois-Forez regional natural park.
You can enjoy the large park and the ponds to relax, lulled by the song of the birds and the sweet smell of the flowers!
But don't think you're lost in the countryside, Saint-Amant and the surrounding villages will surprise you with their cultural and festive agendas as well as the richness of their local and regional specialties.
Finally, in terms of outdoor activities, you can enjoy the surroundings and discover the beauty of the Parc du Livradois Forez on foot, by bike, on horseback and in many other ways.

The fully furnished and comfortable cottage offers accommodation for 4 to 6 people. The beds are divided into:
On the ground floor:
- a bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
Upstairs, in the living room:
- a sofa convertible into a 140 bed
It is possible to add additional beds on request.

Upstairs, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and its large bay window which will allow you to take your meals facing the breathtaking view of the countryside and the village of Saint-Amant-Roche-Savine, with the highest point of Forez and the Chalmazel resort in the background. You will benefit from a private bathroom and separate toilet.
Finally, on the ground floor, you will have access to a private terrace to enjoy the garden and the barbecue.

The converted barn offers a friendly space for various activities. Ping-pong, darts, relaxation and for the more sporty, a climbing course on the wall with Alex ;)

For your family reunions you have the possibility to rent the two gîtes (https://www.gites.fr/gi49775). The capacity is 10 people, the Gîte de La Terrasse is sized for your meal times, either on the terrace or inside.
