Beyond the terraced garden part still being created, you can walk in the wooded part of one hectare. You will find a washhouse, a stream, stones, oaks and chestnut trees, beeches and maples.
Located on the ground floor, this furnished apartment of 48 m² gives pride of place to accessibility. 93 cm door, specific wheelchair doorstep for access to the terrace. It is equipped with a reversible heat pump and faces south with a wooden terrace of 25 m².

Bathroom with shower 90x120 cm, shower screen, heated towel rail, hair dryer, toilets. Bathroom linen provided.
