Gite 1 - Gîtes de Lopéau avec piscine et Spa

From our two independent gîtes, one for up to 8 people and the other for up to 6 people, you will find Quimper, capital of Cornwall, 15 minutes away, the beaches of the bay of Douarnenez.
A few minutes from Locronan, a small village among the most beautiful in France, numerous sporting and cultural activities await you.
When you return from your days, enjoy exploring the indoor swimming pool and the spa in a sound and visual environment of the surrounding countryside that is particularly calm for a relaxing stay.

On the ground floor, open kitchen including a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine then a dryer.

The living room includes a television with DVD player.
Internet connection via Wifi.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed + a 90cm single bed.

Also a bathroom including shower, sink and WC.

Finally, the rental is equipped with a private terrace area including garden furniture and a barbecue.

On request, a baby cot and a high chair will be made available to you.
You will enjoy shared facilities with the swing, access to the indoor heated swimming pool and the spa from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. without interruption.
