They have a capacity of up to 50 people indoors and sleeping, and are open all year round.
During the week we also offer room rental per night.
The reception room is located on the ground floor of this Grand Gîte, which can accommodate 50 people.
In total, 31 people can sleep in this same gîte (23 in bedrooms and 8 on convertible sofas).
You can also book the Gîte de la Cour and the Gîte Ker Anna for up to 50 beds.
Between April 1 and October 1, the Grand Gîte and the Gîte de la Cour are rented together at a minimum. You can add the Ker Anna gîte to have up to 13 bedrooms and 50 beds, or book the latter alone if you wish. At this time, weekend rentals go from at least Friday to Sunday.
The rest of the year, between October and March, you can reserve the number of gîtes you want with no minimum duration.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, utensils, dishes, etc.)
Our prices systematically include sheets, made beds and all charges. Housekeeping is optional.
The availability schedule is up to date.
Arrival and departure times are to be agreed freely with us.
The beds are distributed as follows:
- Le Grand Gîte: reception room for 50 people on the ground floor, 31 beds (3 bedrooms with 5 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 4 convertible sofas in the living room and mezzanine)
Water features:
The Grand Gîte has a PRM room on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its private bathroom.
The Grand Gîte also has 3 additional separate WCs in the room, including 1 meeting PMR standards.
The exteriors:
Each cottage has a private lawn area with a terrace.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

CANCELLATION RELATED TO COVID-19 (OR SIMILAR)
If the cancellation is caused by confinement or the legal impossibility of making the reservation (restriction of distance for example), in accordance with ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25, 2020, a credit note of the value of the deposit paid will be sent to you. This will allow you to postpone your reservation within 18 months.

"Un séjour +++"
Je ne peux que recommander le gîte de la Garlais : un accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute, un gîte idéal pour une réunion de famille. Tout le monde a apprécié l'aménagement, le confort (une salle d'eau pour chaque chambre), la grandeur de la cuisine, les extérieurs, etc.
