The cottage has 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), with duvets.
The kitchen is equipped: oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer to allow you to spend a quiet holiday.
A sofa bed in the living room will allow you to receive 2 additional people.

The entrance to the gîte is independent, and the whole gîte is on the 1st floor.
Open car park 10 m from the gite.
Viam is a small town on the Millevaches plateau, a starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
The village is on the edge of Lake Viam, which is a fishing site with a supervised beach in the summer.
Hostel on site (at Sandra).

- arrival by the A20 North (from Paris) exit Feytiat (n° 35), take the D940 direction Eymoutiers, then at Lacelle hang the D979 (direction Bugeat-Meymac) for 7 km. Viam is on the right
- arrival via the A71, exit Ussel Ouest (n°23), take the N89 then the D979 towards Meymac, as far as Bugeat, then Viam
- arrival by the A20 Sud, exit Seillac, go to Treignac, then direction Viam-Bugeat, and same route as (1)
By train
TER or bus: Limoges-Ussel: get off at Bugeat
- arrival via the A71, exit Ussel Ouest (n°23), take the N89 then the D979 towards Meymac, as far as Bugeat, then Viam

Bon accueil, literie de qualité, cuisine bien équipée, lieux magnifique avec la proximité du lac et de la forêt.
Le plus : à 2 pas, le restaurant de Sandra, cuisine simple et ambiance chaleureuse. On peut y aller chaque jours pour se sentir vraiment en vacances. Les habitant du village s'y retrouvent : c'est une référence !
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
