This old farm, renovated, with its spacious swimming pool facing south without vis-à-vis, is ideally located in the middle of 17 wooded hectares, 5 minutes from Nérac (city where conviviality reigns, adjoining the Landes and the Gers).
3 independent cottages in local stone with private terraces await you.
Stay in one of the 2 gites for 6 people. The Gîte du Pigeonnier or the Gîte de La Source. All comfort (classified 3 stars).

The Gîte du Pigeonnier, installed in the old stables, is located in the same building as the other gîte for 6 people (Gîte de La Source). Adjoining but completely independent, they offer no vis-à-vis and each have their own private terrace.

The Pigeonnier and La Source gîtes accommodate 6 people in 90 m² and offer on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen, lounge and TV (TNT channels). The kitchen is fully equipped.

2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both equipped with king size beds and direct access to the garden or the terrace, share a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Upstairs, another bedroom with king size bed has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

GITE EQUIPMENT: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3-drawer freezer, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob with hood, toaster, kettle, classic filter coffee maker, crockery, screen TV 82 cm dish, DVD player, heated towel rail in the bathroom, fans in the bedroom...

Outside, Le Pigeonnier and La Source have their own private terrace with garden furniture, large parasol, two sun loungers and a Weber style charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included) and are not overlooked. -screw.

The rest of the domain, 17 ha of private and maintained forests with private hiking trails, the ping-pong table, the large swimming pool are shared with the other occupants of the gîtes in the domain, with respect for everyone.

Open from June to September, the swimming pool (unheated) is large enough (6 x 14 m, depth of 1.20 to 2.20 m), with a diving board and a pool deck with plenty of sun loungers and parasols so that everyone benefits. A deck chair is provided for each occupant of each gite. Its access is fenced for the safety of children, a swimming pool alarm is in place, as well as a rolling shutter.

The water is checked and the pool deck cleaned weekly, the grounds are maintained and the grass cut regularly. We will notify you of the passages of each in advance.
