We are located between land and sea (30 minutes from the first beaches by car, and we are 10 min by car from Le Château des Enigmes in Pons (A castle but also a big and famous treasure hunt unique in France for children and in English ! (duration 2/3 hours, see their website).
The particularity of our gites is that each one has a very large living room and they are fully equipped to welcome babies and young children. (toys, games, books, slide, swings, high chair, night light, safety gate, child's crockery, baby bath, toilet seat, baby phone, sun tent for the beach etc.).
All the gîtes are very well equipped for your comfort: microwave, kettle, smart TV, Canal+, Netflix and YouTube, English and French channels, free WiFi, free parking, table tennis, table football etc.

TERMS OF CANCELATION
Cancellation for Covid 19 health restrictions: Cancellation and full refund of your stay possible in the event of confinement or travel restriction.
In other cases:
Any cancellation must be notified by email or registered letter:
a) no refund if the customer has taken advantage of a promotion on his stay
b) standard rate: before taking possession: + 40 days before arrival: full refund.
c) standard rate: before taking possession within / - 40 days before arrival: no refund
As a general rule, the deposit remains with the owner; however, it can be returned when the accommodation has been re-let for the same period and at the same price.
d) if the tenant has not shown up on the day of arrival: after a period of 24 hours and without notification to the owner: the stay is considered terminated and no refund will be made.
e) in the event of cancellation of the rental by ourselves, we will reimburse you for the entire stay
